In this video I will walk you through the steps of how I would build a CMA, or comparative market analysis, to come up with a price range for your home.  There are many factors to consider when comparing your home to recently sold comps, lot size differences, sq footage, upgrades etc.. but here is a simple example of how I would price a home with similar comps.
